Zane L. Winters is an experienced professional specializing in conflict resolution, leadership development, and team building, with over a decade in health, education, and community service. He is passionate about empowering others, especially within faith-based and mission-driven organizations, through empathetic communication and effective conflict management.
Zane enjoys outdoor activities with his wife Jess, is a new father, and pursues hobbies like playing the ukulele. His enthusiasm for learning and connecting with people makes him a well-rounded and approachable leader.

Zane holds a B.S. in Christian Ministry from Crown College and an A.A.S. in Emergency Medical Services from Oklahoma City Community College.
