Monty Winters serves as Vice-president for Coaching & Training for C’s|3 Consultancy. In his role as “Head Coach,” he trains and oversees a network of coaches helping churches and non-profits become healthier and more impactful. Monty is an experienced and skillful seminar/small-group leader, gifted in asking good questions and comfortable with exploring alternative strategies.
He and his wife, Marita, (a renowned doll-sculptor) have raised five children and now enjoy seven grandkids and a great-granddaughter. They reside in Oklahoma, where he is actively involved in a local church community and attempts to improve his fly-fishing skills.
Areas of Expertise
In addition to working with C’s|3 Consultancy, Monty assists in developing Native American leaders through the Indigenous Academy of Ministry (Oklahoma City). He earned a doctorate in Adult & Continuing Education through Northern Illinois University, focusing on how pastors and leaders mentor others.
Experience
Dr. Winters has served as an ordained minister for over 45 years, much of that time developing and directing pastoral and leadership training on a national level. He has also led church planting efforts in the south-central US, and overseen programs and materials translations in at least eight languages.
